Ezer Counseling and Coaching, LLC is a private mental health clinic in Neenah, WI serving local and telehealth clients in Wisconsin.
The mission of Ezer Counseling and Coaching, LLC is to come along side you on your healing and growth journey with compassion, strength, and expertise, partnering with you to achieve the joy and freedom that we’re all created to experience.
Ezer, in Hebrew, means stronger help, ally, and one who shows up in times of great need.

Carrissa Suutala Pannuzzo, MA, LPC is the founder and therapist at Ezer Counseling and Coaching, LLC and formerly of The Center for Family Healing in Menasha, WI. She opened her practice to use her gifts, talents, passion, and expertise to support my clients in achieving their goals and growing in health and wholeness.
Carrissa is a warm, engaged, straight-shooting therapist with a client-centered, somatic therapy, and strengths-based approach. She works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, ADHD and neurodiversity individuals and relationships, relational and family issues, sexual issues, grief and forgiveness, men’s and women’s issues, abuse recovery, Christian counseling, and more. Her work is grounded in somatic and trauma-informed care and supports children, teens, and adults.
Carrissa holds a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Wisconsin. She also brings years of experience as a speaker, educator, online content creator, and consultant, offering a culturally responsive and relational lens to her work.

Alicia Wheeler, MSW, APSW-IT
Alicia is a charismatic therapist with a client centered and strengths based approach. She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, suicide/self harm, mood disorders, adjustments, relationships, grief, and stress. Alicia specializes in working with pre-teens, teens, and adults.
She approaches therapy with authenticity and hope. Her engaging and collaborative style honors each client’s values and personal strengths. She believes change is possible — even when things feel overwhelming or stuck. Therapy is not about judgment or quick fixes, but about building insight, resilience, and practical tools that lead to lasting growth. For clients who desire it, faith can be powerfully integrated into the therapeutic process in a way that feels respectful and supportive.
Alicia Wheeler holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin- Green Bay. She is licensed by the State of Wisconsin as an Advance Practice Social Worker (APSW), and currently under the clinical supervision of Carrissa Pannuzzo, MA, LPC. Alicia also has many years of volunteering experience as a discipleship leader and campus youth leader.
